This park was
created in 1974 in the course of the second Vienna International
Garden Show and is situated in the area around the Laaer Berg.
In this area thermal sulphur springs were discovered in the
18th century.
That is why a huge spa and wellness center was constructed.
Today the park is a major recreation area for residents in the
surrounding districts. Nearby the park the famous Oberlaa Café
and its cake shop are situated.
